Ebby: When Courtney Adeleye introduced her Mane Choice hair product line, all curls must have had a day of rejoicing! I have tested a lot of products on my crown, but those associated with the Mane Choice tends to reign above them all.

The Mane Choice produces a few collection of hair products, each likely containing unique ingredients to work different wonders, but I’m more familiar with the Ancient Egyptian line. Currently on my top shelf are the Anti-Breakage and Repair Antidote shampoo, along with the conditioner, the growth oil, and my favorite – the 24 Karat Gold Twisting Gel.

The shampoo makes my hair feel super clean, but after shampooing,  I can’t wait to saturate my hair with the accompanying conditioner. My hair is so luscious after using the Ancient Egyptian line conditioner- O.M.G! It makes it easy to detangle and to brush through as well. I think this would be referred to as having a good slip.  I do wish it was not a rinse out conditioner however, because the way this makes my hair feel, I can’t keep my hands out of it.

If I am motivated enough on my wash days to twist my hair, I absolutely use the 24 Karat Gold Twisting Gel.

Let me tell you about this twisting gel…

First of all, this gel is rightfully named. It definitely adds a glistening touch and it makes my crown sparkle. Second, it provides so much definition, I can probably untwist my strands three times over and they still look defined. For best results, I use the gel when my hair is wet, then keep the twists in for a few hours or overnight. This gel also moistens as it styles. I never have an issue with flaking, nor experience dry hair with using this twisting gel.

As a matter of fact, this gel is so softening, that I almost wonder if it can double as a hand gel just because it even leaves my hands soft after I have rinsed the product away.

On my twist out hair style days, I receive so may compliments about my crown. I can only attribute it to the Ancient Egyptian products that I use.
My main choice when it comes to hair product is The Mane Choice. My hair is continuing to grow and thicken, while my naps become more distinguished.
